Theatre for a Changing Climate

The University of Exeter is presenting a Climate Change Theatre Action event on October 24th, as part of Theatre for a Changing Climate – a module looking at plays that concern anthropogenic climate change. Students will perform, read and discuss the following plays:

Elspeth Tilley, THE PENGUINS
Shahid Nadeem, THE LAST TREE
Catherine Léger, MAGICAL VAGINA
Vinicius Jatobá, YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER

Another mini-event will take place on November 4, as part of a Liberating Arts Festival. The activist group Art Not Oil are running a workshop and Evelyne O’Malley’s student Jan Sim is going to perform I DON’T WANNA LEARN TO DRIVE by Saviana Stanescu
