On November 16, the theatre company Hurrah Hurrah will present a reading of a selection of plays at the National Institute of Dramatic Art with a group of esteemed Sydney actors and artists. The plays are:

Lisa Scheslinger, MINOR FLOOD, MAJOR CONSTELLATION: SIRIUS AND THE CARTOGRAPHER MAP THE NEW WORLD
Stephen Sewell, NEW MICHAEL
Caridad Svich, THIS
The reading will be followed by a discussion of the plays’ common themes and consideration of the question “How can theatre help affect real change for the better?” All artists will be encouraged to leave the event having made a pledge about how they will affect real change for the better in their own practice.
