Hanna is a Finnish Australian with Irish and Sámi ancestors, born in Helsinki, and currently living and playing on unceded Ngunnawal country (Canberra). Hanna co-creates ritual and performance with both human and more-than-human collaborators, embodying an animist relationality enriched by a lived experience of Disability, Autism, sensory sensitivity, and synaesthesia. Recent artworks include The Mermaid (2020), Ceasefire (2024), and as co-creator on Latai Taumoepeau’s With this body I remember, with this body I re-wild (2023).
