Performances
Coinciding with the end of COP28, the Tree Stump Company invites neighbours and friends to gather from 5.30pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 for 6pm performances. The venue is the backyard of a private house in Eden Terrace, Auckland, New Zealand. Children welcome. A Solstice supper including green soup, salads, cakes, kawakawa tea, lemon & ginger kombucha, and feijoa champagne will be provided from 7pm. Koha goes to CCTA. The five selected scripts mostly relate to a tree/garden theme:

A karakia in te reo to open the event. (a blessing in Maori)
‘Requiem for a Magnolia’ – delivered from the tree trunk by resident poet / Friends of the Earth Director
