Kashmir Postel is organising the programme and engaging locals at Artworks Theatre on Waiheke Island to actively participate in this CCTA event. The dance, poetry, song and storytelling performances include script readings from the work of these CCTA 2019 playwrights:
Chantal Bilodeau – IT STARTS WITH ME
Kiana Rivera – KUMU KUKUI
Julie McKee – A HOLIDAY ON ICE IN A WARM CLIMATE
Two plays from the 2017 CCTA list will also be performed:
Hiro Kanagawa – GAIA
Elspeth Tilley – THE PENGUINS
A call to action also involves a presentation by the Me, Not Me Movement.
