Climate Change
Theatre Action

You are invited to join us on September 25, 2025, at the festival tent at “Klein Venedig” in Konstanz where we will host an evening dedicated to climate action through theater. As part of the international summer academy “Boundlessly Sustainable”, student teachers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland will present short plays from the Climate Change Theatre Action (CCTA).

Developed within the seminar “Acting for Climate – Communicating Climate Change”, this performance brings together students, faculty, and dramaturges to creatively address the complex challenges of climate change. The action taken here is to inspire, to reflect collectively, and to enter into dialogue about our global responsibilities in the face of the climate crisis.

Supported by the Binational School of Education (BiSE) at the University of Konstanz together with the Universities of Teacher Education in Thurgau and Vorarlberg and the Wissenschaftsverbund Vierländerregion Bodensee.
