Step into a playful, participatory space where animals take centre stage and human-centered thinking gets a gentle shake-up. Comedy, Creatures, and Posthuman Perspectives invites you to a live reading of a selection of climate-themed short plays featuring non-human characters, followed by an open, physical workshop exploring how movement, mask work, and comedy can help us embody other-than-human perspectives.

Inspired by the idea that “the planetary ecosystem is not a pyramid; it’s a circle,” this creative, climate-conscious event blends storytelling and physical theatre to spark new ways of thinking about our place in the natural world. Whether you’re a theatre lover, eco-activist, or curious creature, come reimagine coexistence, conservation, and connection – through laughter, play, and performance.

Featuring Brackendale by Elaine Ávila and The Penguins by Elspeth Tilley.
