The New Group, along with our students at LIU Brooklyn, are partnering with Climate Change Theatre Action (CCTA) 2021 to present two evenings of 5-minute plays, commissioned by CCTA from 50 playwrights from all over the world. The prompt – “envisioning a global Green New Deal” – inspired passionate, wild, and hopeful artistic responses that challenge us to radically reimagine our current path, our future climate, and our future on Earth.
