The performance centres on six plays that address the issue of climate change from different perspectives directed by Iva Olujic.
The plays explore human responsibility, awareness, actions, and potential scenarios, or broach a perspective through the lens of the past. Since the texts have different forms, performance is an audio–visual–performative form that combines different theatrical components. Even though the written word is the center of attention, the issue must be looked at through the lens of the physical and the physiological, because there is where the effects of the crisis become evident. Through the sequences of acting, movement, and audio and video materials, we get a complex stage narrative that makes us reflect on the world we live in.
Everything turns volatile and uncertain, and it seems as if the age of hopelessness is approaching. Different scenarios are speculated, and yet nothing is certain. The only thing we can put our trust in is this exact moment — because right now is the time to act. There are no guarantees of success, and inertia only facilitates failure.
