Sunday, December 15th and Tuesday, December 17th both at 7pm, the La Jolla Theatre Ensemble will present “Lighting the Way: Climate Change Theatre Action in San Diego,” a staged reading of one dozen short plays and stories, selected from 50 commissioned works as part of the bi-annual global event.
The program will include climate change-themed pieces by playwrights who hail from Australia, Iraq, Los Angeles, New York, New Zealand, Oklahoma, Portugal, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and more, and be performed by an ensemble of seven of San Diego’s finest actors.
The audience will be taken on a journey from the comic to the serious, from the absurd to the sublime. Don’t Miss this unique theatrical event!
