Theatre Vertigo in Portland, Oregon joins Climate Change Theatre Action 2019 with staged readings of short plays by local and international playwrights presented in connection with the upcoming International Climate Conference. The event is free; doors open at 2:30 p.m. with admission on a first come first served basis. Plays will be read by Vertigo ensemble members as well as several guest artists from the community.

In addition, for those who wish to stay for a discussion, our guest Ka’sha Bernard of Crag Law Center will join cast members to talk about the Youth Climate Case that will be heard by the Oregon Supreme Court in November. We will be accepting donations to support Crag’s work for the plaintiffs.
