The Minden Symposium 2021: Cutting Carbon in Canada is a four-day conference taking place from Nov. 8-11 and organized by the School of the Environment at the University of Toronto. It is a multidisciplinary series of events on science, policy, social justice, and system change, and it will feature keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive workshops addressing the challenge of getting to zero carbon emissions.
In one Q&A session during the conference, CCTA playwright Marcus Youssef and his reading partner, Seth Klein, will present their play live, offer a discussion on the play and their work, and respond to questions from the audience. This session will take place on the fourth and final day of the conference, themed around “Creating Systems Change.” The day’s discussion will be centred around the question “Where do we start and what should we do?” The School of the Environment is very pleased to have Marcus’ and Seth’s participation in this conversation on Nov. 11, from 1-2pm EST.
Please note that this session, like all sessions throughout the conference, are free, online, and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
